Phil Stabler 

Phil began his journey with my In Shape In 8 program, and as you can see from his results, it was 8 weeks well spent.

Leah Quince

Leah came to me looking to begin her lifting journey. She has fully committed to her goals, training hard 4 times a week and increasing her confidence, achieving a physique she didn't think was possible.

Jade Lain

Following a successful growth phase, Jade was ready to lean down and reveal the muscle that she had built. 

It's safe to say that the effort and work she has put in has paid off.

Hoang Le Huu

Hoang came to me with the goal of losing body fat. At the time, he wasn't a member of a gym and wasn't confident enough to join a gym initially. 

​

We worked together to build home workouts that fit his schedule and were based around the equipment he had, which in this case was a pair of resistance bands. 

​

He's a testament to working with what you have to still achieve a fantastic result

Brian Johnson

Brian came to me with the goal of dropping 5kg and wanting to feel healthier. 

After working together for 8 months he's now sitting over 20kg down. He no longer suffers from back or knee pain, which has held him back from enjoy life to the fullest, for a number of years. 

He's showing that you can start at any age and still achieve whatever goals you have.

Billy Foster 

Billy has absolutely smashed his journey so far. He is committed, consistent and driven to achieve his goals. He has really responded to the coaching process, asking questions and is eager to understand why we are doing what we are doing.

Since starting with Dan on the 24th March I have lost 14kg, Gained muscle mass and lots of confidence both in my body and at the gym.

Corrinna May 

Some great work from Corrinna. Her sessions were always full of laughter, but make no mistake, she put in the work. We moved through different phases as her goals changed, but her consistency saw her achieve something she didn't think was possible.

"Training with Dan has been a game changer. 6 weeks training at home with guidance and support from Dan and then 3 weeks in the gym I am already down 45cm and 10lbs. He is knowledgeable, keeps you safe and I have complete trust in him with my training needs/goals.
He makes you feel at ease particularly not being confident in the gym. He listens to you and is 100% focused in sessions.

Jack Corp 

Jack wanted to drop some body fat and feel more confident in himself and how he looks, which is certainly what he did. 

He was new to training, but took onboard all the information and education throughout the process.

Stuart Webber

Stuart had never been into a gym before, but after some health issues he decided its was his time to start, over 10kgs later he's in a much healthier position and enjoying his workouts. 

"I went to Dan after a diagnosis of a fatty liver, high blood pressure and generally lacking energy or motivation to do anything about it. I tried fad diets with little success. Dan gave me a structure to work with and never demonised any foods and as a result I've lost weight, my blood pressure is "normal" i've gained energy and started to shed the middle aged spread. I now look forward to eating different healthier foods, look forward to my weekly gym sessions with Dan and am looking forward to achieving more goals in the new year.
I honestly couldn't recommend Dan any more, he is the most non judgemental, positive and generally a nice chap and if he can motivate me he can anyone!"

Rebecca Layfield 

As busy mum, Rebecca was always putting herself last. She decided it was time to make a change and what a change she has made. No magic, just patience and consistency.
