My Story

I became a personal trainer because of the profound effect exercise had on me and the many ways in which it changed my life. 

I've always been a small guy (standing a massive 5"8) and throughout my life I have lacked confidence and a level of self esteem.

Then I discovered the gym and the world of fitness. 

Initially, the goal was just to improve the way that I looked, to fill out a t-shirt a little better, but what I didn't account for was the impact training would have on my overall mentality and how I viewed myself. 

Suddenly my confidence grew, I was motivated, driven, setting goals and progressing both inside and outside the gym. It was then that I decided that I wanted to do this for other people.

I believe that fitness is a lifestyle and something that should be enjoyed by all. 

​

It's important that the coach you choose not only has the knowledge, but experience of going thorough their own journey, so that they can relate to the things you will feel and experience during your journey. 

​

I've been through my own transformations and can provide the experience to help you streamline your journey.
